Erica Hebert started WTIW in 1988 after planning her own wedding. After receiving overwhelming positive feedback, she decided to try something that hadn’t been done before. With huge success & thousands of weddings later, WTIW has become the foremost wedding company in the Virgin Islands.

Tina Olive has been coordinating weddings since 1994, joining WTIW in 2000. With a love for weddings and all that goes along with them, she specializes in organizing and fine-tuning an event of this magnitude. With each perfect ceremony, she is reminded that this is truly her calling.

April Cormier has worked for WTIW since 2004. She developed her interest in planning weddings while being a bridesmaid countless times over the last 13 years, gathering many new ideas. She has a talent for the intimate details that make a fabulous experience for a bride and groom.

Sherri Merritt has been working with Weddings the Island Way since 1999. She loves doing weddings, island style! Getting married on an island is truly a more intimate experience, surrounded by the ocean, sand and foliage. An island wedding creates special memories for everyone involved.
