How Will A Wedding Planner Help You?

Wedding planners are involved in all phases of the ceremony, which means taking complete responsibility of the wedding preparations as well as ensuring that the wedding goes exactly like the bride and groom would like it.

Before the Wedding

• Help the bride and groom choose a location for their ceremony
• Assist the couple in choosing a wedding theme, props and decorations
• Offer bouquet options to the bride for her and her bridal party
• Help the couple choose a wedding cake, food and beverages for after the ceremony
• Help the couple find an officiant and, sometimes, assist with writing vows
• Assist the couple with required legal marriage forms
• Arrange for transportation for the couple and/or guests
• Help select musicians for the ceremony

During the Wedding

• Supervise the ceremony
